changing address for Internet installation

Hello. I just made an Internet plan and made an appointment to receive the modem, but then I realized that I have put the wrong address. How can I change the address or cancel the appointment?

Sorry you cannot change the address for a pending installation appointment.

You will need to cancel the current order: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address

Then you need to resubscribe with the correct address.
