installation appointment cancellation
Hello, I have noticed that my credit card has been charged the full monthly charge even though the modem delivery date is set for April 28th. if I cancel my internet installation will my card be fully refunded?

Yes Fizz is prepaid. The first charge is taken when you register for home internet. The next charge will be taken one month after your installation date.
If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule it, you will be refunded on your card.

Yes dont worry you paid the first month when you ask for an installation but this cash is nor use until the installation is done.
But i hope you dont already want to leave. Give Fizz is chance :)

So then, would they only charge 3 days from April 28th to the 30th for the second month? I think that It would have been better if Fizz had a phone number with someone to speak to.

Your bill cycle starts on your installation date. It is not necessarily by calendar month.
So if you have the installation appointment on April 28th, your next (2nd) payment will be taken on May 27th.
