Cannot receive most calls

About 9 out of 10 times, calls made to my phone ring once then go to the message recorder. This problem started about 3 days ago. I haven't changed phones since the beginning of my contract, which was about a year ago. I double-checked and my phone is not on "Do not disturb", and call-forwarding is not activated. Do you know what could be causing the issue?

    I would recommend reaching out to Fizz support. Since you mentioned that you do not have call forwarding enabled, there seems to be a connectivity issues with the network. I am sure Fizz support can help you out and provide you with some technical feedback. Good luck :)
