why do I pay more than the posted plan rate?

I pay 40$/month (tax not incl.) for 15Mbps and on the Fizz website, this plan's rate is 35$/month. Can I get my monthly bill to match the current posted rate at 35$/month?

    You can contact the support or try to change your plan. Contact with the ? or Facebook Messenger.

    The situation is normal Fizz dont change your price so if the price go down OR up you are not affected.
