Chess.com app (iPhone/Android) is not logging-in on the Fizz wifi. It works over VPN or LTE when I disconnect wifi connection. Any idea what's the issue?

Is it blocked or not found?

If the domain is unresolved, it could be a DNS setting. If you know how to change it, try it. E.g. https://gadgets.ndtv.com/mobiles/features/how-to-change-dns-server-on-android-1672117

A block could be :

• at the chess.com level. They blocked your IP for some reason. Open a ticket in their portal to dig more : https://support.chess.com/
• some URL or keyword filtering in the wifi console (which I don't have, so just a hypothesis here)
• a firewall rule
• a Fizz DNS issue : I'd chat with Fizz to have that domain looked at.
