How to transfert my wifi to another account?

I have kind of an issue here. I had a wifi in my appartment, and now I need to transfer this wifi into another person account that is also a Fizz member? How do i do it?

So the payment and wifi informations can be on this person account and not mine?

    Unfortunately you cannot transfer Fizz services from one account to another.

    Personally I would contact Fizz support for more info, since you are responsible for the modem


    You can contact Fizz support by Live Chat:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem

    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    I dont think you can you have to cancel and let your friend take a plan. Or give it your account if you dont have other think on it (by changind the mail adress to it).

    Like Fizzy said contact the support maybe they can do something for you but this kind of trade is not expected.
