    Hi @FoodLover

Yes you will be fully refunded for your order. It can take a few weeks.

If you wish to expedite the refund of your first order, you can contact Fizz support by chat:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

3- Open the help link page mentioned below from Fizz Solution Hub.

4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

After registering and setting up an installation appointment, unfortunately your address cannot be changed.

You followed the correct procedure which is to cancel the appointment and restart another subscription.

"Changing the address of an appointment is impossible. If there’s a mistake in the address where the technician is going, you’ll have to cancel that order, and start over with the correct address."

BTW if you are a new customer, don't forget the use a referral code when you subscribe.

This is a great time to join Fizz as they are giving $50 bonus credit to new customers (until April 15 2021).

If you need a referral code, there is a list here:

You can choose mine or use the code of someone who has helped you. =)

To be transparent, both parties will receive the bonus credit once you have paid your second bill.

    Welcome to Fizz!
