Hi, I canceled my subscription before the date it was supposed to start, but Fizz already took the money. How am I sure it will give it back? How long does it take to reappear in my account?

    Usually they do it automatically. However, you can reach out to support to make sure.

    Dont worry they will give your money back :) And if they dont just contact the support with the ? like StefanM tell or by Facebook Messenger.
