    Hello @titilico

    We need more details of what you are experiencing and how you got it. Because my account works on my side.

    You don't see anything like there is a blank page, of your plans are empty?


    If this is about a bad internet web page session, make sure you are really connected with your account:

    1. disconnect explicitly with the left menu option "►Log out" (if it's available)
    2. close all Fizz tabs in your browser
    3. clear your cache and cookies ( anything like *.fizz.ca )
    4. reconnect

    Other things you can try:

    • connect with another browser
    • connect with another device
    • use incognito mode
    • make sure no browser plugin blocks the page


    If all that fail, and without more details, I suggest you chat with a Fizz representative directly. There might something wrong the initialization of your account.

    Please share some more information as to what you don’t see. I tried to log in too and everything works fine on my end.

    Another thing you can try: use incognito mode or change the browser. Sometimes the website is a bit buggy.

    When I get something like that, clearing Fizz cookies could do the trick. And if it still fails, try my other suggestions.
