Is there a member of Fizz that can answer questions concerning my payments?

I want to know if I paid twice for the same month, but I can't find the transactions of the past month. Can someone help with this confusion?

    You can find your transaction history under My Plans -> Transaction history. There you can see everything that has been charged.

    Fizz had a problem two weeks ago with payments. However, most were not actually double charged or the money was refunded.

    You could also check the transaction history on your payment card.
