How do I change NAT type and UPnP of Fizz's router?

I’m using Fizz's Wi-Fi router and Wi-Fi app. When I play Xbox, I plugged LAN cable between Xbox and Fizz's Wi-Fi router directly, however NAT type says it’s ‘strict’ and ‘UPnP failed’. How do I change NAT type and UPnP of Fizz's router?

I had read similar questions in Fizz's community and Xbox community, but I cannot find solution. Could you please tell me how to change NAT type 'open' and UPnP 'success'?

Just log on your modem by a PC or a cellphone. You cand o it on the xbox but it will be more easy on other device the browser of the xbox is not the best.

I think the problem is on the xbox side and not the modem side.

I have an xbox one and a xbox 360 and both work fine on the Fizz network.

If its not activated you should activate UPnP L:

1- Connect to: 192.168.0.1 in your browser

2- Log on your modem :

username : cusadmin

Password : xxxxxxxx (your password)

3. General - Passerelle - UPNP should be activated
