What should I do after my account has been reactivated?

My internet account has been suspended due to a faulty payment. Now, I receive an email saying the payment has been received and my account has been reactivated. However, I have not internet access. What should I do?

    Answer ✓

    You should wait for about 4 hours. After that just unplug your modem, wait 15 secondes, and replug it back. This will redo the connection process and give you acces. Have a nice day :)
