I made my payment and i still can't get on

    You should wait 2-3 hours after the reactivation to get the signal back. If its not working after this time please unplug your modem, wait 15 secondes, and replus it. This will redo the validation on the server and should give you the acces. Have a nice day :)

    It can take some time for the system to activate. Technically it can take up to two hours but usually it's much faster than that. If you reactivated the account you should get a notification once the reactivation is complete and you can use your account again.
