why has internet been out all afternoon in plateau mtl.

Had to cancel my appointment to get my taxes done tonight because our internet has been out all afternoon for the first time ever. what’s wrong?!

    Sorry to hear you had problems. There are some reports of occasional signal interruptions in Montreal. Videotron must currently service/upgrade their network. Please allow a couple of hours to a day. If it isn't resolved by the next day, make sure to contact support.
