This is my first time to do a monthly payment for my plan. If it says that I still have 4 days, does that mean that this is the due date or is it the date when I can start to do my payment?

    The payment is completely automatic. The days refer to the monthly plan you are currently using. The payment is taken one day before the plan renews. So to answer your question. The 4 days tell you how long you can use your current monthly plan and when the new one starts.

    Fizz is month to month so it gets renewed every month, which gives you also the chance to adjust the plan every month. So the number always refers to the current plan.

    Its automatic if you enter a valid credit card the payment will be taken one day before the day of your renewal. So its the date when the payment should has be done or the service will be cut. Have a nice day :)
