How can I recover my PUK code if I do not have the plastic card that came with the sim card?

Follow these steps:

1. Log into your Fizz account and go to My Plans.
2. Click on Manage and then Unblock SIM card.
3. Click the slider to reveal your PUK code.
4. Type this code into your phone to unblock your SIM.

Hi,

I have another question. I bought a new cellphone and when a put my sim card in my new phone, they ask me to enter my puk code. I put the one that i found on my fizz acount and it doesn't work. Do you have an idea of what could be the problem and how to solve it?
