i received an email on feb 28th saying that my card was declined but in fact i was charged twice, please refund 1 of the 2 paiements to my card

To chat with Fizz:
1- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
2- At the bottom right, look for the big green question mark
3- Click it, a bubble will appear
4- Type in your question
5- Just *AFTER* the number of customers preceding you will be displayed in order to manage your expectations. It's updated in real time.

- make sure no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
- make sure javascript is enabled.
- try with a different browser

This forum is mostly so users can help each others.
While they do monitor it, the BEST WAY to contact them is by chat.
The issue you are experiencing impacted a lot of users.

Fizz have some trouble with the payment. Please don't contact them about it. They are working on it. If the problem is still there after couples of days, contact them!
