Payments and double payments?

They will cut my phone line if I don't pay they sent me an email they took 2 payments already i have waited and nothing has happened yet what will happen trying to find where to go for support

Many users got a similar message. There are known issues in regards to double billing today.
Like jeff3000 said, Facebook is a way to reach them.
Another is to use their chat on Fizz.ca.
1- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
2- At the bottom right, look for the big green question mark
3- Click it, a bubble will appear
4- Type in your question
5- Just *AFTER* the number of customers preceding you will be displayed in order to manage your expectations. It's updated in real time.
The "?" is not visible?
- make sure no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
- make sure javascript is enabled.
- try with a different browser

Fizz seem to have a problem with payement this morning. The support should be full of call. Im sorry but you should wait and retry the support but im sure the team is aware of the problem. Have a nice day

Every customer with payement today has the problem you are not alone. You cant do mutch but tell the support and wait. Have a nice day

Fizz have some trouble with the payment. Please don't contact them about it. They are working on it. If the problem is still there after couples of days, contact them!
