Double billed and received and email stating payment didn't go through?

Same as many other people are reporting, this morning I woke up to an email and text (at 3am - not hugely appreciated!) stating that my internet payment didn't go through and would be cut off at 10pm tonight, but my CC statement clearly shows that it was in fact double billed.
I'm simply adding this post to make sure that it's documented and my internet isn't cut tonight; please fix this, return the funds ASAP and confirm that the issue has been resolved.

    Fizz seem to have a problem with payement this morning. The support should be full of call. Im sorry but you should wait and retry the support but im sure the team is aware of the problem. Have a nice day :)
