Why I being charged after Termination of Internet service?

I have submitted my Internet service termination request and will end my service on March 13. However, i was just being charged for another full month of service fee Why Fizz keep charging me a whole month of service fee? How to stop them from charging me?

    Contact the support on facebook. But i think its normal they will give you the différence when the service end. They are a pre parid service by month so its seems logic they charge full month and give it back tto you the 13 when the service end. Have a nice day :
