Why is my phone saying I've already used all my data for this new pay cycle?

So I just entered a new pay-cycle a few days ago and my phone is saying I've already used all of my data, which is impossible. I'm assuming there is some glitch on their end. This is the kind of shitty service I'd expect from a company that makes us pay for doing the work of customer service for them, fronting like this is somehow more convenient for us.

    Are you try with another browser ? Or in inconito mode ? I thnik its just a visual bug on the website due to the data cache. Have a nice day :)
