Modem is on but won't provide internet

I've tried all of the debugging steps and nothing works, even resetting the modem didn't change anything. I've tried contacting Fizz on Facebook Messenger and got a reply after about 15 minutes asking for my email address but it's been close to half an hour now and they never cane back after I gave them my email address. Help??

Sorry you are having internet issues.
You can try Live Chat with customer support at any time:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-modem-connected-cable-my-connection-keeps-cutting-out-how-do-i-fix
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

p.s. If Live Chat doesn't work at first, you can try with your browser in private mode, try using a different browser or with another device.5 -
I am using Edge to contact support chat online, firefox doesnt work for me at all.2

What light is ON on your modem ? Do you changed the emplacement of the modem or changed the setting ?
