Can you try refreshing the page. What is missing? Did you sign up for a plan today?
If you have created more than 1 account, be sure to log on using the correct email address.
If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache and try again with incognito/private mode.

You are not the only one to have some problem with the website today. Like Fizzy said try another browser or clear the cash. It work on my side so the website is not down as of now. Have a nice day8

Yep, try to use another browser and also incognito mode.
Fizz website is incredibly buggy. I wish they would fix that soon. It's part of the overall experience after all and should work properly. The constant hide and seek with the chat option and infinite loading pages starts to get annoying.7 -
