No option to make monthly payment

If your service is working, the payments are usually made automatically on your card on the same anniversary date of your monthly renewal.

However if you received a notification that your payment was missed, you can follow the instructions here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
If there is any issue, you can contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any of the above FAQ help links.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -
It suppose to be automatic. You choose your primary credit card , if you only have one its this one, and the paiement is taken on it each month. Have a nice day0
