ConfiguringFizz modem console
I used my Fizz modem as a bridge for a couple of months so I could set up my router. Since, I'm experiencing internet interruption, I want to configure it back to the previous setting to use my Fizz as a wireless modem.
Now, I don't know how to login to the console as there is no private IP in the Ipconfig. The gateway is 74.57.164.1.
I'm not sure if I have to set the IP manually.
Any idea how to solve this?

Hi Golnaz
You can do a factory reset of the modem.
Using a thin, pointed object, hold the restart button on the Wi-Fi modem for 10+ seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions as when you first installed it.
IMPORTANT: this operation will reset any changes that have been made to the settings of your Wi-Fi modem to date. You may also have to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings of your devices (network name, password, etc. .)
The default username of your Wi-Fi network, as well as the corresponding password, are written on a sticker affixed to the back of your Wi-Fi modem (Default Wi-Fi network and Default key).7 -
I think you just have to reactivate the option : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-use-my-own-wi-fi-router-fizz . So activate Residential Gateway function instead og disabled it.
The other option is to reset the modem to is factory setting with the button on the back. Have a nice day6
