My status order is not updating?

I bought a cellphone with a sim card on Friday Feb 19th and we're Tuesday 23rd and my status order is still on order confirmed. Not even in preparation. Is it normal? Do I have to do something?

You should contact the support but it can take some time. Fizz only sell cellphone for about a week or two now (i dont count the beta period). Have a nice day3
