I was waiting my SIM CARD an they tell me it was deliver but it wasn't , they tell me to contact FIZZ

If it was delivered and you did not receive it, you will need to order another SIM card or pick one up at a local Couche-Tard: https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores
And the missing SIM card will be refunded to you after you have activated the second SIM card. You must contact support for this.
To contact support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered
4- The green bubble should appear at the bottom right of the page10 -
BTW if you're a new customer, be sure to use a referral code to receive your $25 credit from Fizz.

Your sim card seems has been stolen.
It happens sometimes, the delivery carrier can't have access to your building, and put the package in the front of the main door of your building.
I would suggest you to buy one Fizz sim card to a depanneur: Couche-Tard.
After, when you will activate your mobile plan, please contact the Fizz customer service by chat to inform them that you havent received the sim card ordered and ask for a refund of it.
To chat :
First, log to your Fizz account.
Then, click on:

Click on the green interrogation point appearing down to the right of the page and click on the green chat bubble.
Dont forget to apply a referrel code from a Fizz friend( to get a credit of 25$ after your second payment) when you are activating your new Fizz mobile plan and after than you see the monthly cost of your plan without the taxes.
