Can I make an appt to set up internet services at a location that is already set up with fizz?

Sorry it seems to be a restriction of Fizz systems. You will be able to register for Fizz internet service at your new address only after the current tenants have terminated their subscription.
To know more about the situation at your address, you can Live Chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
I dont think Fizz have and option for that but its a good idea to have it. You should contact the support and ask if they can do it for you. Ask cost nothing . Have a nice day4
