You can Live Chat with customer support at any time:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-service-working-properly
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You can speak per voice you have to chat like Fizzy tell you. Have a nice day

Fizz is 100% online.
You can only chat with the Fizz customer service anytime.
To chat:
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on:

Desactivate any ad blocker.
Click on the green interrogation point appearing down to the right of the page and click on the green chat bubble.
