for some reason I can not connect to my customer IP adress.
Your computer could not connect to another console session on the remote computer because you already have a console session in proogress.

You are writing in the community forum. What are you trying to do? You can reply here with more info (but please do NOT post any personal info).
If it is a work office related issue, you should contact your work IT.

Its not seem to be a Fizz problem. You try to connect a remote desktop right ? Its seem somebody still using this computer so you can contact im. Have a nice day
