If your service is working, the payments are usually made automatically on your card on the same anniversary date of your monthly renewal.

However if you received a notification that your payment was missed, you can follow the instructions here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue

If there is any issue, you can contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any of the above FAQ help links.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If you setup your credit card when you activate your internet you should be bill on the same card automatiquely. You still can change the payement information on your account.

Payment with Fizz are automatic!

Fizz is a pre-paid service.
That's why you need to add a valid credit card on your account.
Automatic payments are made by credit card at noon the day before the renewal of your billing cycle.
If you have problem with the payment, you must update your credit card information to your Fizz account and after associate the new credit card to all of your Fizz plans.
