I just joint fizz , but I still have a bill from other company do I have to pay ? And are they gonna send me a new bill if I used their data for this month?

You have to cancel your contract with the othe compagny otherwise they will continue to charge you.12

Did you transfer your phone number to Fizz? If yes, your old account for that phone number should be canceled. If you activated a new number with Fizz, you will have to contact your old provider and close the account.
You should receive a last bill with prorated charges ( your billing date -> The day you cancel) and any balance left on your phone if any. Hope this helps

You have to cancel your other conpagny ONCE you apply to Fizz. All steps are well written in the delivery pack of your new SIM card!

If you transfer your phone number, the plan at your other company will automatically be cancelled. Please be aware that you can only transfer Quebec and Ottawa numbers to Fizz.
If you don’t transfer the number you need to manually deactivate the plan with your old company!8 -
I saw in your other topic that you transferred your number from another provider. In that case your account there should be closed automatically. You have to pay your last bill to the other provider.5

You have to cancel your old provider for internet. But for mobile if you have transfert your number the transfert should have close your account on the old provider. If you not sure you can call your old provider to make sure all is ended. Have a nice day 3
