Good morning, I need to confirm with you that the technician will come to my house on Friday to install the internet,
I need to confirm that the registration for the internet service that I just made with you is done correctly and to know if the technician will come to my house on Friday February 19, 2021 after 17:00 as stipulated, I hope a reply as soon as possible on your part, thank you and good day.

    Hi Carlos,
    This is the community area. The best for you is to access any FAQ page (e.g., https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services) while logged in. Then, in the bottom right there will be a green interrogation mark button (see picture attached). Click on it and select Chat to talk to someone from the support.

    You can see your appointments on your account.

    To view your Fizz technician appointments:
    1. Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
    2. Click on Appointments.
    3. Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
    4. You will also be able to reschedule and cancel future appointments.

    If there is any issue, you can Live chat with Fizz support:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Open one of the help links mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
