My internet connexion cut even if I updated my credit card info. Could you please get it started ASAP? Also, can a human being give me a call to confirm?

Fizz is 100% online. You can chat with support online, but there are no phone calls.

In addition to adding the new credit card to your account, you need to associate the new card to your plan.
If your service is suspended, you will need to go on your account to make a manual payment.
My Plans >> Manage plan >> Payment method.
If you see the "Make payment now" button, click on it to make a manual payment.
Once payment has been made, your service will be restored within 2 hours.
Some have reported up to 4 hours. Meanwhile, please try restarting your modem.
You are also able to see that the payment was successful by going to My Plans >> Transaction History.

In case of a problem, you can contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -

Sorry but Fizz dont have phone support but you can contact them on the fizz website, facebook, twitter, ect. Have a nice Day (Sorry i juste realise i already ansewer on this question my bad)2
