My VPN connects and disconnects frequently and tells my Wi-fi is not secured, why ? what can I do ?

Hi everybody,
Since we had a brief cut of Internet (for all Videotron clients from saturday 13 to monday 15 of february 2021 around about), I had to reset my Fizz Box and rename my wifi and change my password. Since then, my VPN who has always been said that my wifi where secure and didn't have to connect, now changed and says that the wifi is not secure. So he connects and disconnects all the time now. Why is that ? and what can I do about it ? and some applications like Teams on my computer is no longer available, telling I have no Internet. Please help me thanks.

That is odd, my vpn connection works fine on my side. If you try connecting through a wired connection, does that work?

    Hi Laurent,

When you reconfigured your WiFi, did you select WPA2 as the authentication method? Usually Anti-Virus would complain about WPA authentication, that's easier to crack.

Same here, WPA2 save that problem here!
    Good luck!

Do you use a VPN on your device or on the router level ?
