I got a message that I used my 1G of data, and since then, I can't view incoming texts. Why is this since I'm supposed to have unlimited incoming texts.

Hi Vasilios
Is it regular SMS text or MMS?
Incoming SMS are free and unlimited whereas picture texts (MMS) do require the usage of mobile data.

Hi Vasilios
If you received a long SMS more then 160 characters this will be received as MMS, MMS are multimedia SMS and they need DATA
Therefore, long SMS or MMS cannot be sent or received without data
Do you know that if you need data, you can ask the help from other members and they can send you some? Fizz is allowing data exchange19 -
if you have stored too many, delete some16

Hi Vasilios,
If you recieve that message, it's because your text message get transformed into MMs and you have to use data for them.
Good luck and have a nice day!12 -
Vasilios,
Those incoming texts seem to be MMS and you need data available on your Fizz mobile plan to receive them.12 -
Hi Vasilios,
Do you have an iPhone? If so, do you know if the incoming text is from another iPhone? It might be trying to use Apple's iMessage instead of SMS.6 -
Fizz require you have mobile data left to send & receive MMS. Your message must has picture or very long sms.5

Incomming SMS are free but if this text has data, like the other said, you need data and your mobile network data has to be on to get it.3
