Add canada wide data and message immediately to my mobile plan

I am using quebec wide voice call and data but recently I have to travel to Vancouver. What can I do to add some 'one-time' canada wide data to my plan?

You can change your plan to include Canada wide coverage (but you must wait until your renewal date for the change to be effective): https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan

Or you can buy a Travel Add-On (Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.): https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-an-add-on-and-how-do-i-buy-one

You can also add funds to your wallet (Fizz account) for pay-as-you-go service:

If any issues, you can Live chat with Fizz support:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open one of the help links mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Badly, with fizz you can't 'one time'. Cause all is prepaid for the month. If you wana swap anything, you have to wait till the next month before the changes goes!

Can't now. Fizz should enable this effective immediately option.

You have to wait for the next cycle. Other option is to start a new plan but i dont thnik its optimal. You still can contact Fizz support maybe they can do it for you and but the option at the start of you current cycle but you will pay for time you never has.

If I were you I would change my plan and get the full Canada coverage.
Otherwise I’d try a travel add-on maybe?

Unfortunately you have to change your plan to Canada coverage. This change will be effective in the beginning of your next billing cycle. Then you can change it back to Quebec coverage.
Travel add-ons don't work for Canada. Wallet funds will only work in your currect coverage area.

Sorry Yelena, you do mention the best option when someone can plan ahead for the travel and plans to use significant mobile services.

p.s. Please check this quote from Fizz FAQ (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-travelling-outside-my-coverage-zone-what-are-my-roaming-options)
"If you selected the Quebec coverage in your plan, consider buying a Travel Add-on or an International call Add-on to make your calls to Canada or the United States."

And "Canada" seems to be missing from the list of countries for travel add-ons, but no one has noticed likely because of current limited travel. Fizz support can help explain this

Fizzy, since the question is about traveling in Canada, the travel add-on option isn't applicable. So the only option is to change the coverage in his/her plan.

Is it for a trip to Vancouver?
If it's for an occasional usage, you can buy add-ons immediately.
Those add-ons will be available until the end of your next billing cycle.
