Giving data does not work?

I cant add my mother to my contacts, she is also woth fizz. I'm trying to give her data but when i enter her email or phone number it does not work, the page wont load. I tried on many cellphone and computer. Is that page down or something?

The add contact function has been disabled at the moment for our security.
However another user has pointed out, if you know the email of the person you want to add, you can go to "Invite Friends" on your account to add the person to your contact list.
Invite friends >> Reveal my referral code >> Email >> send an email
When you send it, the Data Perk will go your mother's main plan. If she has additional mobile plans on the same account, you will have to wait until Fizz allows the add contact function by phone number again.12 -

You should be able to give with code. We'll I did it like 2 days ago!
Maybe you or your mom dosent have data into your contract?
Also, email add fonction is down for security and we dont know when it will be up again!
@Luc had a temporary solution .. Maybe he can post here?

You can invite her as a friend with her email it adds her to your contact and you can send her data after!!11

This function to add new contact is still not working for the moment.
You can only give data to the contacts you still have into your account.6 -

It's temporarily disabled due to a security issue. I know they will bring it back as soon as they are able. Others here have described the current way you're about to do it.2

I tried the invite friend function using the email and I was able to add a new contact! Thanks to the person who gave us that trick in another discussion
