Not able to move forward with the pay bright payment option

Unfortunately it looks like the message from PayBright is saying the phone purchase you want exceeds your allowable financing limit.2 -
But I am trying sending an email to them, not getting any response. how can I increase the limit?2

Yashika, if you have already written to them, you will need to wait for their response.
I believe they will respond to you in due time.
