I have order a simm card and i dont receive it!

Seems like your sim was stolen or lost. The delivery company sticks the envelope with the sim on the front door of the building because they don't have access inside. So it can get stolen.
You can picked up from Couche Tard
You should order another sim and get it as soon as you receive the delivery notification.
You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.
1- Log into your account and go to My profile.
2- Click on Order history / See details.
3- Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.
4- If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
5- If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.

Contact support by chat or messenger after you activate your sim, and you will get a refund for the stolen sim.

It happened to me over a year and half ago and still continues, i was very upset that people would steal other people's belongings, the best and the fastest way is, like mike suggested is to pick up a sim card from a Couche Tard activate it then ask Fizz customer service for a refund for the stolen one.
You can use my referral code if you wish so at the time of activation also.13 -

That's definitely not normal. My simcard arrived within two business days. Please reach out to support. You have to order a new one but they will refund you the money.12

It seems that your sim card has been stolen.
I suggest you to buy one sim card directly to a Depanneur Couche-tard.
When you will activate your Fizz mobile plan, please, contact the Fizz customer service and ask a refund for the sim card never received.8 -
That take 3 days. You can also buy it from some store near you. Ask support for refund.6

Normally, you should receive it between 2-3 days.
Did you check if the informations were correct when you bought it?
I think you will have to buy another one.
