This is the rule

"We reserve the right to interrupt or block access to our network of partner providers Fizz EXT if you use your mobile service primarily on their networks for 3 consecutive payment cycles."

You can stay up until 3 months in the FizzEXT network. After that Fizz reserves the right to cancel the service. However, I am sure if you reach out to support and explain your situation (in case you have to stay a bit longer in the US due to COVID) they will definitely help you out.

Hi,
If they would have Wifi calling would be great.... you would be able to make some calls and avoid the 3 months most of usage home network. Also they would save some money cause for sure people will use wifi calling as much as possible, both sides would benefit. For data everywhere there are wifi spots and you can use them also for free. Videotron has implemented Wifi calling....Fizz has to ask and to present both sides benefit....will save a lot of money for all of us

there is the rule of 3 months more than half traffic in home network

You have 3 months if you are using more than 50% of your usage on the Fizz Ext network.
After this period, Fizz has the right to blocked your mobile plan.
To respect this limit to not exceed 50% of your total usage during more than 3 consecutive months; you can also buy add-ons.
