How can I reach live chat with support?

Fizz live chat is not live, they are not responsive on WhatsApp or FB. The website says same day rescheduling, but I am not sure how to reach these elusive support people. I need to add a note saying please call me when you get here. What is the process typically? they don't call?

Fizz is 100% online.

You can Live Chat with Fizz support at any time:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

NOTE: If it doesn't work on your device, please try on a laptop or with a different browser.

If you use a mobile device, it can be WhatsApp. However if you can try on computer, you will have Live Chat.

I don't know how to access live chat. Could someone please let me know how to do that. There is no question sign or button when I log in.
