Wifi app download issue from Android

I'm trying to download the WiFi app from Android app store and it tells me "app not available in your country"
Any help would be highly appreciated

Are you using a VPN? Disable it.
If you are too close to the US border, maybe you connect to a US tower?

I had this problem too and had to disable by VPN
