Why i have been charged roaming fees in Greece while I am in Canada ?

I have $5 in my wallet, and today I got msg from Fizz that I need to add funds to it to use the addon. But i didnt purchase add on recently, When i log into my account, I found it started to charge me roaming fees (Roaming Greece) like $0.02 since Jan 21st. But I have physically present in Canada, As well as my phone. Does anyone have the same problem ?

Contact the support this is a bug, only the support can look on it

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page
