Cannot view daily usage for current cycle

My payment cycle starts on the 16th of every month. I noticed since mid January that I am not able to view the daily usage for the current cycle. It shows the previous cycle. The included screenshot is taken today (Feb 2), but as shown in the picture the cycle shown is Dec 16 to Jan 15, and the arrow to click on the next cycle is greyed out. Any idea?

Fizz has a bug on that page, we do not know when they will fix it
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page12 -

FIZZ have some problem with this fonction.
We only see our last cycle of use.
HOpe it will fix soon12 -
Same for me, I can only see the previous months.12

As mentioned, Fizz has a bug on this page. It doesn't work for me either. The only thing you can do is wait until they have it fixed.9

For me it looks like the data usage corresponds to the current cycle though the cycle dates correspond to the previous cycle.11

Yelena is correct. The overall data usage is valid for the current cycle even it is displaying the incorrect date range (for the previous cycle).
Others are correct to say that there is a problem with the display of the overall usage for previous cycles and the display of the daily usage for the current cycle. Fizz is aware of the situation and should be fixing it soon.10
