Videotron cancellation of services issues

I've migrated my videotron internet and phones to Fizz. Everything is up and running. I contacted Videotron this morning to cancel my services. They indicated to me Fizz did not receive confirmation from Videotron and if I cancel my videotron services I may lose service on my mobiles. Please advise

Here we are users, you need to contact the support
However, do not cancel your Videotron mobile, this is done automatically
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page6 -

Sorry I do not fully understand.
Before you transfer your phone number to Fizz, the account with your current provider must be active. Once the transfer to Fizz is complete (which I believe is your case as you wrote everything is up and running), your mobile plan with Videotron will be closed automatically.
In the case of internet service, the cancellation is not automatic. If your Fizz internet is up and running, you must contact Videotron to cancel your internet service (or else you will be paying for both plans).
Did you transfer all your services/plans from Videotron to Fizz?
If yes, then please contact Videotron to cancel the internet plan with them.
If you have any questions regarding the status of your Fizz plans and account, you can Live Chat with Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8
