Permission from videotron to transferred phone numbers?

Videotron stated fizz did not get permission to transfer my phone numbers. I need confirmation that fizz had permission to make the transfer of all 3 cell phone numbers before I cancel my account with videotron

If you transfer the numbers the numbers must be active, therefore, do not cancel them.
Usually if you transfer from Videotron to Fizz you need to receive an SMS asking to confirm the transfert
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-having-problems-transferring-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz-why-what-can-i-do
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page6 -
Usually you receive a text message to confirm the transfer.3

Fizz is the one that is supposed to cancel your phone for you with Videotron, not you.4 -
Hi Melanie,
I have switched 2 phone numbers fron Videotron to Fizz and I didn't need confirmation that Fizz had permission to make the transfert.
Everything was OK and personnaly, I didn't receive SMS to confirm the transfert.5
