Why does my call add on doesn't work when il try to call in Argentina?

I just paid for 60 min call for Argentina and it does not work. Why Is there no number to call for those technicalities !?

There is no number because fizz is a 100% online services
.
You need to activate the International calls option of your plan. To do so:
1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If there is more than one plan on your account, scroll to the plan you wish to change.
3- Click on Manage and choose Advanced parameters.
Next to No International calls, slide the radio button to Off.

I went to see and it was already off12

You can only reach out to support via chat. My Profile > Contact Form. A green question mark will appear on the right side.12

You need to chat with the support

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option12 -

Did you get your calls to work?
If not, check your Fizz account to make sure you have the correct calling add-on applied to right mobile plan (in case you have more than one plan).
Make sure you phone is connected to Fizz network. Are you able to make local calls?
To place the call to Argentina, try dialing manually:
"011" + "54" + 10 digit number
