Gift data not used first ?

I activitated the gift data in January 1st 2021, but instead of using gift data first, Fizz used my own data, then after 30 days, the gift data is expired. How does Fizz do like that? Thus what it serves as a gift data?

The data are supposed to be used with the expiration date, therefore, they suppose to use the data expiring sooner
The screenshot that you took, it is only to show that you have activated the perks
Contact the support to let them know
1- Connectez-vous à votre compte (voir en haut à droite).
2- Tout bloqueur de publicité de votre navigateur doit être désactivé.

4- La bulle verte devrait apparaitre en bas à droite de la page26 -

As Mike mention, the older data that will expire first should be used first.

Thanks for your answers. My question is gift data has only 30 days before expiration, but plan data can be kept 90 days. So why not use gift data first, then use plan data? Thus can profit gift data before use plan data?22

Yes Bo, agreed with you. It doesn't sound right. You can contact Fizz support to ask if this can be fixed for you.
Otherwise, these Gift Perks are only good when we have no data in our plan.22 -

I received the answer from Fizz team, they told me it's always the data first to be expired will be used first, maybe I have the rollovered plan data expired before gift data.
