Data usage unaviable
Tomorrow I am switching to a new billing cycle. My usage history is STILL NOT AVAILABLE. This problem has been going on for weeks now. Fizz is not solving this problem despite the public outcry. Knowing how we use data is critical. Imagine Hydro Quebec billing you saying that we don’t know your actual use, but it’s okay to look at that...

I am confident Fizz will fix this soon. If I am not mistaken, we can see our overall consumption, but not the daily usage.
I'm not sure Hydro would be a good example here. With Hydro, I know my actual usage only when I receive the bill unless you are subscribing to the Hilo smart home app?13 -
Very good points Gilles, I fully agree. This is the daily bread and butter of a telecommunications company. How they haven’t implemented it yet, is beyond me especially considering that the infrastructure of Videotron is used13

Is it just me or Fizz as a lot of bug ans features we can't use? I'm new here and a chance their plans are cheap, else I would have change baxk to my old plan...11

This problem must be solved by Fizz.

It’s not the end of the world, but a problem that also seems to be a basic problem that drags along like this undermines the trust of customers.7

If fizz is not able to manage the data history, which tells me that they correctly calculate my usage and what I have left. In addition to several other bugs and problems, I have less and less confidence in them. Fizz must take a serious step and solve these problems.5
